Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our botanical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

All sales are considered final unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include: Your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Midnight Botanica is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
