All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Because each product is made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Midnight Botanica is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Midnight Botanica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our botanical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
Include: Your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
